This is a particularly true in my case because all the bread I’ve cooked so far has sucked. My first entry starts just after I’ve created this beauty……
……and will end when I’m able to regularly turn out something like this……
In the meantime I hope readers will contribute suggestions, recipes and links. I knead all the help I can get.

Hmmm, after re-reading my comment above, I realised it could be construed in several ways. Whilst the theme of baking is a nice choice, I actually meant that you made a nice choice using the WordPress Theme, Cutline by Chris Pearson, as noted in your footer.
